Everything you need to know about FaciReserve booking system
Booking a facility is simple! First, sign in to your account using your credentials. Browse through the available facilities on our homepage or dashboard, select your preferred facility, choose your desired date and time slot, and click "Book Now". You'll receive instant confirmation once your booking is processed.
Our facilities are available for booking 24/7 through our online platform. However, actual facility access hours may vary depending on the specific location. Most facilities operate from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM on weekdays and 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekends. Check individual facility details for specific operating hours.
Yes! You can cancel or modify your booking through your dashboard. For cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled time, you'll receive a full refund (if applicable). Modifications can be made up to 12 hours before your booking time, subject to availability. Please note that last-minute cancellations may incur charges.
FaciReserve is available to all registered students, faculty members, and staff. To register, you'll need a valid institutional email address and student/employee ID. Guest access may be available for specific facilities with proper authorization from a faculty sponsor or department head.
Most facilities are free for academic and educational purposes. However, some specialized facilities or equipment may require a nominal booking fee or deposit. Commercial or external events may incur additional charges. All fees will be clearly displayed during the booking process before confirmation.
